Fourteener Software is a small app studio in Aurora, Colorado. This page explains what information we handle on fourteenersoftware.com and in our business outreach. Our apps have their own privacy pages (for example, the nail salon app).

Business outreach

We contact independent businesses whose contact details are publicly listed (for example on their website, Google or Yelp listing, or social media), to show them a demo app made for their business. For each business we keep its public name, address, phone, website, the published email address we wrote to, the source where we found it, and our email conversation with them.

If you reply "no thanks" or ask us to stop, we won't email you again. You can also email hello@fourteenersoftware.com to ask what we have about your business or to have it deleted.

Google user data

Our internal outreach tool connects to our own Gmail account to send the emails we approve and to read replies in those conversations. It is used only by Fourteener Software. We don't access anyone else's Google account.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to send our outreach emails and to track replies to them. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.

Demo links and this website

When someone opens a demo link we sent, we record that it was opened, the approximate country, and the browser type, so we know whether the demo was viewed. The website doesn't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Storage and security

Information is stored with Cloudflare in the United States. Access to our admin tools is limited to Fourteener Software and protected by sign-in. Sign-in credentials for Gmail are stored encrypted.
