Privacy policy

Fourteener's Nail Studio (the "app") is a demo app made by Fourteener Software to show what a salon app can do. The salon and its data are samples. This policy explains what the app stores and why.

What we store

• What you type into a demo: names, phone numbers, bookings, reviews, gift card details and any edits you make as the owner or a tech. This is saved on our server so every phone using the same demo code sees the same salon.
• On your phone: your demo code, the role you picked and your PIN, so you stay signed in.
• Abuse protection: a one-way hash of your network address when a new demo is created, used only to limit how many demos can be made per hour.

What we don't do

• No payments are taken and no card details are collected.
• No text messages, calls or emails are sent to numbers you enter. Messages stay inside the app.
• No location tracking, advertising, analytics SDKs or tracking across apps.
• We never sell or share your information.

Who can see it

Anyone who has your 6-character demo code can open that demo. Don't enter anything you want kept private. Staff views need a PIN.

How long we keep it

Demos that haven't been used for 90 days are deleted automatically. Resetting a demo from the owner's Salon screen replaces its data right away. To delete a demo sooner, email us its code.

Where it's stored

Demo data is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, in the United States.

Children

The app isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
